Apparel Catalogue

Open the necessary product card → click on +Variant → specify the attribute (size). You may add other attributes such as colour or material if needed.
Yes, you can. Create one product card for a shirt with different variants (indicate sizes). Having created a BOM for a shirt, you may launch a production order & specify how many shirts of each size must be produced in the Variance column.

Production Execution

You may produce goods in different locations, including subcontractors’ facilities. The entire flow is explained in our YouTube video.
You should create product cards for scrap. If you get some during a production order, you can indicate how much scrap you got using one of the three main approaches. The detailed info can be found in our 7-minute video.
You can edit the operation report and indicate the actual quantity of used fabric. Mind that it will correspondingly amend the total cost.
The best way is to set the reorder point for your raw materials in advance. Say, you set the reorder point for buttons — 50 pieces. When you have only 50 pieces left, you’ll receive an alert. You may also set certain workflows for automatic purchase orders.
Unfortunately, you can’t. We don’t have a CAD (computer-aided design) module.

Costs

First, you should open a BOM, and set labour costs for production operations. Then, assign particular production operations to your sewers. Whenever they mark an operation as completed, the labour cost is recorded. Later, you can go to Production → Labour Costs. Using filters (calendar & employee name) see all the money they earned.
There is the following formula: the raw materials purchase cost + operation costs (workshop rental, electricity consumption, equipment maintenance, etc.) + labour costs.

Sales

You can use Online Order App — it helps one to create multiple online catalogues with different products & prices. These links can be sent directly to your customers via messengers, or email. They can see the products, their pictures & prices. Then they put the necessary items in the cart, and make an order. All new sales orders automatically appear in your account.
Yes. Go to Sales → Sales Returns → +Return → add relevant items, transactions & customers. After you record this operation, you create an outgoing payment and make a write-off.
